About SkillStarr

https://www.skillstarr.com is an online work marketplace.
SkillStarr.com is designed to connect businesses with freelancers. Employers can post jobs based on their needs, and freelancers can submit a single bid per job. A job can receive multiple bids from different freelancers.

Employers can review bids, communicate with freelancers, negotiate terms, and hire the most suitable candidate. Once the freelancer finishes the task, they can submit the work for review.

The task is marked as completed based on mutual agreement between the employer and freelancer. Once marked completed, the agreed payment will be released to the freelancer, after deducting a small platform fee.

Your Account

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Either party can cancel a contract at any time. Both parties are required to leave feedback for each other. Funds held in escrow will be returned to the employer after a waiting period of 7 to 10 days, allowing us to verify that there has been no misconduct.

If a freelancer completes work and the employer cancels the contract to avoid payment, the freelancer may dispute the cancellation by contacting our support team at info@skillstarr.com.
